Installation Guide – Ballast Bypass (Direct Wire)

This R17D Base 8ft 40W LED Tube Light requires a ballast bypass installation using a two-end wiring method.

Installation Steps

1. Turn off power at the breaker and confirm using a voltage tester
2. Remove existing fluorescent tubes
3. Open the fixture and remove or disconnect the ballast
4. Cut wires connected to the ballast
5. Connect live (hot) wire to one end of the fixture
6. Connect neutral wire to the opposite end
7. Secure all wiring properly
8. Install the LED tube and rotate if needed
9. Restore power and test
